Juventus to sign Ligue 1 defender Diego Forlan, according to Sport Italia
Juve defender Diego Costa has agreed a deal to join Ligue 2 side Lille, it was reported.
It’s a major coup for the Serie A side, who are struggling to secure the services of some of the most exciting young players in Europe.
Costa has signed a two-year deal with the French champions, who will pay him €2.5m.
Lille are also in advanced talks with Real Madrid over a new deal for the Spain international, with the La Liga side set to match the €15m fee Lille have offered.
Costas, 23, will have to undergo a medical at the Ligue-Lille stadium on Saturday, with a decision expected within the next 24 hours.
Ligue 2 giants Paris Saint-Germain have also been linked with the defender, while Juventus and Real Madrid are also believed to be tracking the forward.
